Product @Yoello

Our Product Owners make it happen.  They are the heartbeat of Yoello and own the product roadmap with accountability for prioritisation, requirements, design, user acceptance and product performance.   They are passionate about our product, customers and business and this gives them the drive and determination to get things done at pace.  

What our Product Owners do

• Prioritising our product backlog and roadmap using value, data driven insight and customer feedback
• Collaborating and communicating with other PO’s, key stakeholders, engineers and designers to prioritise, build and launch new products and features
• Owning and documenting the user journey
• Analysing and defining requirements and acceptance criteria
• Leading refinement sessions with engineers and designers ensuring new features and products meet our customers’ needs
• Signing off on UI/UX designs
• Conducting UAT (user acceptance testing) and providing the final sign-off on delivered features and products
• Conducting analysis of customer and business feedback to make value-driven decisions and prioritisation calls
• Triaging live issues that are detected

About You

• You have 2 years experience working in a digital technology environment in a delivery or technical role
• You are analytical and creative, and often say ‘what does the data say?’
• You can use your intuition to make a decision when you don’t have the data
• You can easily put yourself in the mind of our customers and you are driven by the idea of delivering value and great products to our users
• Your attention to detail is impeccable and mistakes can’t get past your eagle eye
• You have a strong academic record (ideally with some A’s in English, science or maths)
